 Shipping Times

We work hard on getting you your products as quick as possible! Typically we ship all orders with-in the first 24-48 hours after receiving them. This can be delayed due to holidays and weekends. 

The majority of our shipments are sent via USPS First Class Package and Priority Mail. You can expect to have your order within 5-10 days of shipment. Again this can change due to USPS recognized holidays and weekends.  You will receive a tracking number and tracking updates through the email you enter at the time of checkout.

Certain orders may require signature confirmation at the time of delivery. Please be advised that an adult over 18 will need to sign for those products.

General Return Request

Here is how we offer returns when you don't like or need the product.  Say for example you get something and decide you don't like or need it. You can return it if you do the following:

1. Item must be in new unused condition. That means all original retail packaging and you haven't installed it to your rifle or anything like that. It has to be able to be sold as new again (or worst case open box)

2. Contact us at Support@BluCollarTactical.com and tell us why you need to return your product. Include the order number and reason for return request. If we authorize the return simple ship it back to us for a full refund. (Buyer is responsible for return shipping)


**Do NOT ship anything back to us with out a authorization confirmation!

 

Defective products

1. If you receive a brand new product it's defective as soon as you open it please contact us ASAP! We want to make sure that you are happy with your new purchase.

Warranty Of NON BLU COLLAR TACTICAL Products

1. We sell multiple brands on our website including our own brand. If you got something made by anyone but BLU COLLAR TACTICAL contact that manufacturer for warranty and or product problems. 


Warranty of BLU COLLAR TACTICAL BRANDED ITEMS

If your item is made by BLU COLLAR TACTICAL contact us and let us know what the issue is. If the item is new we will happily to replace it at no cost.  If you've used the product you can still contact us but we issue replacements and warranty work on a case by case basis.
